Delivery & Returns




Orders placed up to noon, Monday-Friday, will normally be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after noon, will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.

Orders to any non-UK mainland addresses (Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands will have longer delivery times, please allow approximately five extra working days.



We use Royal Mail for our deliveries.  You can choose between 1st and 2nd class during checkout.  Once the goods have been despatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. In the event of an incorrect address being given by the customer or to resend a returned package, a £6.95 charge will be required to resend. Please double-check your order confirmation to make sure your delivery address details are correct.



You may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund on the items you have ordered.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of error on our part (e.g. you have received an incorrect or damaged item). Please contact us before returning any item so that we can arrange a collection if required.

Return shipping charges are the customers liability in the event of changing your mind or no longer required (the original shipping charge will not be refunded in this event). It is the customers responsibility to ensure safe transit and we strongly recommend using a tracked / insured delivery service.  

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 working days once we have received your items back with us.
